Wednesday morning we all popped up anxious to go back to PTown and see the whales. The traffic there was crazy again because there is only one route, but well worth it! I like that place!!
We boarded our boat at 1:45 and headed for the Whales. It was misting, overcast, and very cool going out as the water got a little choppy. Our guide was very informative describing every detail of the Humpback, Minke, and whatever other kind that we saw. The show put on by these mammals was unbelievable. I still maintain there was a sea world trainer on board giving commands for our entertainment! We did too much sloshing around so naturally sea sickness did set in for me, but every time the whales would display their flukes it vanished. Coming back we again passed the tip of the Cape and I just can’t grasp how far away from home I am. Glad I am with such good friends.
